Previous exercise history, injury history, goals, needs, and any other physical considerations are taken into account to build the most efficient exercise program for each individual employee. |
Using nutrition guidelines and habit coaching we build a nutrition plan for each employee. Vegetarian, vegan, and pescetarian options are available.
For those with acute, special dietary needs, a registered dietician will work with them to create their custom meal plan . |
Accountability is delivered by our professional coaching staff via Zoom. We coach in groups of employees from your company who are in similar phases of their training. In these coaching sessions we check in on nutrition, and exercise program compliance, sleep quality, and stress management.
